~Wednesday~ A surprising accomplishment. Two darling friends of mine tasted defeat. They doubt that I can reach JE lib at the already stated time. So.. ShImA: If I come early... u treat me ice cream uh....(*grins*) Priya: If you come early, I treat u ice-cream. Rodney: If you come early, I buy for you 1 tub of ice-cream. (he even said it with great confidence) So ya.. serve them right for challenging me. Muahahaha!! Once I set my mind to the dare, be prepared to lose. Anywayz...we studied math. =) Only the 3 of us came down to revise. Rodney helped both of us in Math. I find him generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise with his friends. There isn’t any biasness. I made him explain the rationales which helped me understand better. Priya had to go home for dinner and so she left early. Me and Rodney stayed till the library close. In the midst of our revision, Rodney started sharing about his archery experiences. Interesting. And I got to know about this sport. A sport which requires consistency. And I do realise that the consistency that others have, don’t exist in me. I get distracted easily along the way. To sit and actually pay attention to what I am supposed to do is difficult and tiring unless I really force myself , which is normally to no avail. I will be restless when I got bored of it and I can’t seem to commit or I feel sleepy. Motivations, praises, challenges and pressure are the essential ingredients to boost my self-esteem to strive for the better. I’m aware that I’m relying too much on these factors that actually refrains me from going. Maybe I’m lacking of discipline and the attitude is just isn’t there. Everything revolves in the attitude. Attitude will determine how high we climb. Get the attitude right, you’ll sail through smoothly. He head to the food court, and I went home. ~Tuesday~ After a manageable Design paper, me, priya, ameera followed the guys to Marina Square to watch the guys play bowling. Hafiz is good.. Then we had our dinner. Me, Priya, Teddy, Ameera, Nunman and Shafiq dined at KFC, Samuel, Nipun and Beth went to BK, Hafiz and Rodney head to the food court. I ate my favourite burger, Shrooms. I was whining while eating the burger. ShImA: mafan sey... Nunman: mafan jangan makan la. (mafan don’t eat.) Lolz. After eating, we went separate ways. Ameera and Shafiq head home earlier as Ameera has curfew. Hafiz and Beth took the bus home. Priya cannot stay any longer. Me, Rodney, Nipun, Teddy, Nunman and Samuel head to this enclosed area (place where dancers go and do their routines.) between Raffles place to Esplanade to play bluff. Played for about an hr.. I suck at it because i cannot bluff my way through. But it was fun. And then Home sweet home. ShImA I am a silent killer. ♥ disguised at { 3:03 AM } |
